It’s said by some that football is all about one play. The Texas Longhorns are living proof of that, after a missed extra point by kicker Nick Rose was the deciding factor in a one point loss to Cal.
After the game, Rose needed the support of his fellow players and coaches, and got that from head coach Charlie Strong:
Strong: Team has rallied around Nick Rose. Said he stayed at the facility until 1 a.m. Sunday w/ him then called him Sunday morning. #HookEm
