Student sues Notre Dame for sexual harassment, racial discrimination

According to Lincoln Wright of the South Bend Tribune, Notre Dame is being sued by one of its students for both sexual harassment and racial discrimination. The lawsuit, filed by Anderson, Agostino & Keller, alleges that a Notre Dame employee “pressured” a student into a sexual relationship with her daughter. It also alleges that the employee “arranged” sexual encounters between her daughter and football/basketball players. Here’s more:

The suit, filed in St. Joseph County Circuit Court against the university and the female employee, claims the male student was a victim of sexual harassment and racial discrimination.
