Stanford Players Go Wild After Christian McCaffrey Is Named a Heisman Finalist

After Stanford Cardinal running back Christian McCaffrey tacked the NCAA single-season record for all-purpose yards onto his Heisman Trophy resume during Saturday night's Pac-12 Championship against USC, he was announced as a finalist for the award on Monday.

But it wouldn't have been quite the announcement for someone dubbed Wild Caff if the reaction weren't a little wild.

That's where his Cardinal teammates stepped in.

The star was surrounded by his fellow players during the broadcast and was promptly congratulated with a flurry cheers and even dance moves.
