Washington added a potential difference-maker on Friday when athlete Salvon Ahmed committed to its 2017 recruiting class.

The 6'0" and 186-pound Ahmed is a 4-star prospect, per 247Sports’ composite rankings, and the No. 98 overall player, the No. 2 athlete and the No. 2 prospect from the state of Washington in the 2017 class.
