Rare condition ends career of Gators' Johnson

Jim McElwain's fear became reality Tuesday when Florida announced that Gators offensive lineman Roderick Johnson is retiring from football due to a rare spinal cord condition.

Roderick Johnson, who started three games for the Gators in 2014, was diagnosed with congenital cervical stenosis and will no longer play football.
