It isn't everybody who has the "clutch gene." Some wilt under pressure, fall to the wayside or look for somebody else to carry the load with the game on the line.
Others, however, want the ball with the clock ticking down and relish the key moments. Everybody wants a dude like that on their team, and in college football, it's no different.
