Duke maintained its spot despite losing to North Carolina last week because the Blue Devils had the best resume in the country. After a second loss in three games without Zion Williamson, though, we can't keep Duke in the top spot anymore.
Virginia moves up to No. 1, as the Cavaliers have nine Quadrant 1 wins and only two losses on the season, both coming to Duke. They get the edge over Gonzaga due to their sheer number of quality wins, as they own victories over North Carolina, Wisconsin, Virginia Tech twice, Florida State, Maryland, Louisville, etc.
