After Penn State backup quarterback Beau Pribula was forced to leave the team before the College Football Playoff following his decision to enter the NCAA transfer portal on Monday, head coach James Franklin voiced his displeasure with the system.
Per ESPN's Adam Rittenberg, Franklin said Monday, "We got problems in college football" and added that Pribula "should not be put in this position."
