Penn State coach James Franklin said Monday that quarterback Drew Allar's status for fourth-ranked Ohio State could be a game-time decision.
Allar suffered a left knee injury late in the first half of Saturday's 28-13 win at Wisconsin. Allar tried to play to begin the second half, but after warming up he told Franklin that he didn't think he could be effective enough playing through the injury.
Sophomore backup Beau Pribula replaced Allar in the second half and completed 11 of 13 passes with a touchdown.
Franklin said that Allar and Pribula could both get snaps in Tuesday's practice, but that the team would wait until Saturday before making a starting quarterback decision.
