The 2016 Peach Bowl followed the expected script, as the Alabama Crimson Tide's combination of speed and power on both sides of the ball proved too much for the Washington Huskies in a 24-7 victory to secure a spot in the College Football Playoff National Championship.
Things did not start out well for Alabama, as Washington struck first when Jake Browning hit Dante Pettis for a 16-yard touchdown in the first quarter.
