Ole Miss CB Webster carted off with knee injury

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Ole Miss starting cornerback Ken Webster was carted off the field early in the first quarter against Florida State on Monday night with a knee injury.

Webster was injured when he appeared to land awkwardly on a deep pass play on the Seminoles' opening drive. When the cart came on the field to take him off, he was greeted by teammates.

Webster started every game at cornerback last season, tying for third on the team with 12 passes defended. In all, he had 41 tackles, three tackles for loss, 11 pass breakups and an interception.
