Jim Harbaugh is off to a flying start in the 2016 recruiting class, but the stock of the class and his recruiting ability just got even higher. That’s because Harbaugh was able to get a commitment out of easily the best offensive lineman in Midwest.
Five-star offensive tackle Ben Bredeson gave the Michigan coaching staff his verbal pledge on Wednesday afternoon, choosing his own path versus playing for the home state Wisconsin Badgers or the other big school, Notre Dame.
He is the No. 29-ranked overall player in the country and the No. 4-ranked offensive tackle in the country.
