The Sooners followed up their win over USC with their biggest statement yet in a road win over the third-ranked Shockers. This one was won in the first half on the backs of Oklahoma freshmen Trae Young and Brady Manek and sophomore Kameron McGusty, who combined to score 47 of the Sooners’ 54 first-half points as they built a 15-point halftime lead.
