Noles safety D. James will miss rest of season

Florida State Seminoles safety Derwin James will miss the remainder of the regular season as he rehabs a torn meniscus, coach Jimbo Fisher said Wednesday.

James, a sophomore, underwent surgery in September after tearing the lateral meniscus in his left knee. He hasn't played since injuring it in the No. 18 Seminoles' second game of the season.

There is a possibility James could play in a bowl game.
