No. 6 Oklahoma survives Oklahoma State with stop on late two-point conversion

NORMAN, Okla. – Maybe we should just chalk it up to Bedlam. Because, well, by definition.

But let’s make sure to highlight the defense, or lack thereof. Because fair or not – but it seems pretty fair, doesn’t it? – every game Oklahoma plays seems marked by sketchy performances on that side of the ball. Obviously, the most important thing is winning, but the Sooners are also playing, at least in part, against perception.

Which is why even as No. 6 Oklahoma’s 48-47 win against Oklahoma State keeps the Sooners’ College Football Playoff hopes alive, it did nothing to further their argument.
