Alabama football coach Nick Saban told reporters on Monday that he's hopeful quarterback Bryce Young will be ready to play Saturday at Tennessee.
Young, who missed last weekend's win over Texas A&M because of shoulder soreness, was reevaluated by the training staff on Monday.
"Hopefully we're going to try to get him ready to play this week," Saban said. "But this is something nobody can predict how quickly he'll get an opportunity to do what he needs to do."
With Young sidelined, redshirt freshman Jalen Milroe got the start.
