Johnny Stanton, a former four-star quarterback, has decided to transfer from Nebraska, the school announced this evening.
Stanton, a redshirt sophomore, served as Tommy Armstrong Jr.’s backup in 2014, seeing game action in two games. He completed one pass with the Huskers.

Nebraska is set to open its 2015 season Sept. 5 against BYU.
