At the moment, there are 75 bowl-eligible teams in college football, yet spots for teams in 40 bowl games. That means that a number of programs with 5-7 records are getting the chance to participate in the postseason. How will those teams be picked? Based on APR rates – highest to lowest. Nebraska, Missouri and Kansas State are first in line, according to ESPN’s Brett McMurphy.
