When Connor Cook committed to Mark Dantonio and the Michigan State football program in April 2010, he was signing up to change the culture. The Spartans were coming off of a 2009 season in which they went 6-7. Five of their seven losses were by a touchdown or less.

Connor Cook is 23-3 as a starter, the best record of any current Big Ten quarterback

“My main thing was watching Kirk Cousins when I was a freshman,” Cook recalled of his first fall camp.
