Through just four games of his senior season, Michigan Wolverines quarterback commit Brandon Peters is quickly approaching the statistical production of an entire 2014 campaign.
The 6'5", 205-pound passer, who plays for Avon High School in Indiana, tallied six touchdowns Friday night in a 56-21 win over Brownsburg High School, per MaxPreps. He now has 17 scores—16 through the air—this season.
Peters sliced and diced defenders during a nationally televised ESPN broadcast. He shined in the spotlight, completing 19 throws for 340 yards as Avon buried Brownsburg well before the final horn.
"ESPN being here and all was pretty cool, but once the game started I didn't even feel like I was playing for ESPN," Peters told Zach Wagner of the Indianapolis Star.
