University of Michigan defensive line coach and former NFL defensive lineman Greg Scruggs has been suspended indefinitely after being arrested early Saturday morning in Ann Arbor, Michigan, on suspicion of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
Michigan confirmed the suspension in a statement to Austin Meek of The Athletic
According to Angelique S. Chengelis of the Detroit News, an Ann Arbor Police spokesman confirmed that Scruggs was arrested just before 3 a.m. ET on Saturday.
Scruggs, who spent last season as the defensive line coach at Wisconsin, was hired earlier this month to be part of new head coach Sherrone Moore's staff at Michigan.
