For many college students, the struggle to sneak alcohol into games without getting caught is real. Some just get hammered before the game or have the restraint to wait until afterward. A few just don’t drink at all, but it’s safe to say that, at many schools, they are the minority.
Students at the University of Maryland aren’t going to have to worry about that during the upcoming football and basketball seasons, as long as they are of legal drinking age of course.
The Prince George County Board of Commissioners voted this week to allow the sale of alcohol inside both Byrd Stadium (football) and the Xfinity Center (basketball).
