GLENDALE, Ariz. -- Theo Pinson offered his play-by-play of the wild final seconds of North Carolina's Final Four victory over Oregon Saturday night -- the one that hoisted him and his teammates to their second straight national championship game -- and the Tar Heels' resident goofball saved the punchline for the end of the story.
"I was trying to get away from everybody else, and then I about slipped, and I was like, 'Dude, what are you doing?" Pinson recalled Saturday night. "And then I looked over and coach was like..."
In a flash, Pinson's octave rose, his face twisted and his eyes widened, all in service of a frantic, screeching interpretation of North Carolina coach Roy Williams screaming, "Hold it!
