Lobos forward collapses in game, has neck injury

LAS CRUCES, N.M. -- New Mexico forward Devon Williams collapsed midway through the second half of the team's 83-74 win over New Mexico State on Sunday night.

Lobos coach Craig Neal said Williams is being evaluated for a neck injury.

A junior, Williams collapsed face first with 11:16 left in the second half. He was taken to a local hospital.

The team had no further information on Williams' condition.
