The Oregon Ducks have already started building their 2017 recruiting class after 4-star defensive end Langi Tuifua announced he'd committed to play college ball in Eugene on Thursday.
Justin Hopkins of 247Sports reported the news of Tuifua's early decision.
"Yes I committed to Oregon," said Tuifua in a simple yet effective statement of declaration.
The Bingham High School prospect from South Jordan, Utah, is the 11th-ranked weak-side defensive end in the class of 2017 according to 247Sports' composite rankings.
Tuifua is listed at 6'3" and 200 pounds, which is a rather stout frame for a young man gearing up for his junior season of high school.
