The University of Mississippi announced Saturday that Lane Kiffin has been named the new head coach of its football program.

Kiffin arrives to Ole Miss after spending the past three years as head coach of Florida Atlantic.

Ole Miss was about to win the Egg Bowl, but then our wide receiver pretended to pee like a dog in the back of the end zone, so Lane Kiffin became our coach. OK, I’ve heard weirder stories.

The 44-year-old Nebraska native has wide experience at both the collegiate and professional levels from a coaching career that spans two decades.
