Kentucky landed its third commitment in as many days on Sunday night, when Wake Forest forward Andrew Carr announced his commitment to the Wildcats.
Carr chose Mark Pope's program over Texas Tech and Villanova.
A 6-foot-10 power forward, Carr will bring an inside-outside skillset to Lexington. He averaged 13.5 points and 6.8 rebounds for Wake Forest this past season, shooting better than 37% from 3-point range. His career with the Demon Deacons ended with a 31-point, 11-rebound effort against Georgia in the NIT.
Carr began his career with two seasons at Delaware, helping lead the Fightin' Blue Hens to the NCAA tournament in 2022 after going for 17 points and 12 rebounds in the CAA title game against UNCW.
