The Stanford Cardinal (12-2 in 2015) and Kansas State Wildcats (6-7 in 2015) are set to kick off in Stanford Stadium, and this is a matchup that is getting overlooked.
Maybe that’s how Stanford prefers it, though. Head coach David Shaw’s group has been one of the most consistent programs as of late, but this year the Cardinal will attempt to crash the College Football Playoff for the first time.
Electric running back Christian McCaffrey is back this season and will be the playmaker for Stanford. He is a threat running, receiving and in the return game, so he will likely be all over the field Friday night.
