Heisman Trophy Winner 2016: Latest Comments, Reaction to Lamar Jackson's Win

Louisville quarterback Lamar Jackson became the youngest Heisman Trophy winner in history on Saturday night, receiving 2,144 points and 526 first-place votes, according to Steve Jones of the Courier-Journal.
