The final results of the 2024 Heisman Trophy voting will produce two rarities.
Travis Hunter or Ashton Jeanty will become the first non-quarterback to capture the award since DeVonta Smith in 2020.
Additionally, no quarterbacks are expected to finish above third place in the voting.
Dillon Gabriel and Cam Ward are the other two finalists, but neither player eclipsed the seasons put together by Hunter and Jeanty.
Hunter has been the overwhelming Heisman betting favorite for the last few weeks. He should win the award, but Jeanty is expected to land some first-place votes.
