Georgia men's basketball coach Tom Crean is out after four seasons with the Bulldogs, the school announced on Thursday.
The buyout clause in the six-year, $19.8 million contract Crean signed in 2018 decreased from $7.2 million to $3.2 million with the end of the season
Crean was 47-75 overall and 15-58 in SEC games in four seasons at Georgia. The final loss came on Wednesday night when the Bulldogs were beaten 86-51 by Vanderbilt in the first round of the SEC Tournament in Tampa, Florida.
Georgia (6-26) lost 18 of 19 SEC games, setting a new low for the program in the conference.
