When Greyson Lambert decided he wanted to transfer to the Georgia Bulldogs, it made the race for the starting quarterback position more interesting in Athens.
He is looking to win the starting job over three other quarterbacks, but because he is coming into a new system, he will be three to four months behind.
That said, Lambert is just one of the few players on the roster looking to take over one of the open starting positions during preseason camp. The Bulldogs did not lose a ton of players from last year’s team, but there are some positions that will need new starters.
