Florida State running back Dalvin Cook has been dealing with a lingering hamstring injury for weeks now, toughing it out as a critical member of the Seminoles’ football team.
As FSU began wrapping up preparation for Syracuse Thursday afternoon, its star running back was again sitting out practice, according to Safid Deen of the Tallahassee Democrat, and has now missed the entire week of preparation.
It’s still unclear whether Cook will be a go for the ‘Noles as they take the field this weekend, but with Clemson on the horizon, this might be the perfect opportunity for FSU to give the sophomore a little extra rest before heading to Death Valley.
