While there’s no doubt that Florida State has been one of the most successful programs in college football on the field the past few years, the school has certainly had its issues keeping its players out of trouble off of it. Between the numerous Jameis Winston incidents last year and two domestic violence accusations already this year, scrutiny is at an all-time high. This week, Florida State president John Thrasher stepped in. According to the Tallahassee Democrat, Thrasher had a 20-minute discussion with members of the football team on Monday to discuss leadership.
