Former Kansas Jayhawks football player Brandon Bourbon was reported missing on Monday by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Fox4KC.com reported the news, indicating Bourbon was last seen this past Saturday. A post from Facebook user Devin Hampton provided more specifics on Bourbon's last known whereabouts:
The 24-year-old transferred from Kansas to Washburn in 2014 and was a halfback and receiver for the Jayhawks.
In addition to receiving first-team All-Big 12 academic honors in 2013, Bourbon appeared in 12 games and started six that season. He ran for 191 yards on 41 carries and three touchdowns and had 20 receptions for 102 yards.
