Georgia native Kobi Simmons is rated as one of the top players and point guards in the Class of 2016, and with that comes a lot of attention on the recruiting trail. And on the heels of playing with the Atlanta Celtics at the adidas Uprising Gauntlet Finale in Atlanta this weekend, he has narrowed his list of schools down to six.
According to Evan Daniels of Scout.com, Simmons is now considering Ohio State, Xavier, Georgia, North Carolina, Kentucky and Arizona. Earlier this week it was reported by Dan McDonald of Rivals.com that Simmons has already scheduled visits to Kentucky and Xavier, with the Wildcats set to host the guard August 28 and Xavier the following weekend.
