According to Fox Sports' Bruce Feldman, the junior is slated to visit schools this winter before enrolling in a new school over the summer. Feldman added Webb will be eligible to play next season.
A 3-star prospect and pro-style quarterback prospect out of high school, according to 247Sports, Webb threw for over 2,500 yards and 20 touchdowns during the 2012 and 2013 seasons before he was supplanted as Texas Tech's starter by Patrick Mahomes.
