Connor Cook’s athleticism is ‘often underrated’

Michigan State fans have high expectations after last year’s Cotton Bowl victory against Baylor and that have good reason with their star senior quarterback Connor Cook.

Cook is garnering attention for national awards like the Maxwell Award, Davey O’Brien Award, Walter Camp Award, and he’s already considered a favorite for the Heisman Trophy. But what kind of interest is he gaining with the NFL? Many scouts and NFL analysts, like Charles Davis, believe Cook could be one of the top quarterbacks in the NFL Draft because of his underrated athleticism.

“Will vie for honors as best QB in the nation, his athleticism is often underrated,” said Charles Davis.
