They've had to navigate the pandemic and the impact it has had on their players and staffers. The transfer portal has made the term "free agency" a trend, and immediate eligibility has changed how teams are assembled.
The pressure to win hasn't changed, though. Just ask the coaches who were fired despite challenges related to COVID-19 last season.
