Chip Kelly, UCLA Reportedly Agree to New 4-Year Contract After 8-4 Season

Chip Kelly's tenure as UCLA's head football coach will continue after he and the Bruins agreed to a new four-year deal Friday, according to Bruce Feldman of The Athletic.

BREAKING Chip Kelly has agreed to a new contract with UCLA, per sources. The 4-year deal has been in the works for the past few weeks. Kelly led the Bruins to an 8-4 record in 2021. It is the best record UCLA has had since 2014.

Kelly is just 18-25 overall in his four years, but he led the Bruins to an 8-4 mark and a Holiday Bowl berth in 2021.
