The Lloyd Noble Center, Oklahoma's 41-year-old basketball arena, is a concrete island in the middle of a parking lot sea, set far enough from other campus buildings that on nongame nights, one of its practice gyms can secretly double as the most deafening and exclusive dancehall-reggae club in Tornado Alley. On a Thursday evening in late January it's a club for one dancer only, and his name is Buddy Hield, aka Buddy Love, of Eight Mile Rock on Grand Bahama Island.
