The college football season never goes according to plan. So it is no surprise that many of the preseason projections have to be changed after the first week.
In the biggest move, Notre Dame is now the three seed in the playoff. Auburn holds the fourth spot, but UCLA and Alabama are right on their heels after impressive openers.
