Baylor stays unbeaten, holds off Kansas State Behind new QB

One of the remaining unbeaten teams in college football was on the field Thursday night with a huge question about their most important position.

The Baylor Bears went into action with their new quarterback … true freshman Jarrett Stidham, who now is in charge of getting the Bears a Big XII title and a spot in the college football playoff. No pressure at all, right?

Stidham didn’t look like he was under any pressure, as the signal caller threw for over 400 yards in his first college start while throwing for three touchdowns. Two of those were two receiver Corey Coleman, who went 81 yards on their first hookup and went over the Kansas State defender for their second connection:
