On Monday, news broke that Baylor passing game coordinator Jeff Lebby was spotted on the sideline of the Tulsa-Oklahoma game, which is obviously against scouting rules as Baylor and OU play in November. Tulsa head coach Phil Montgomery, an Art Briles assistant at Baylor from 2006-14, explained that the mistake occurred beacuse Lebby and his wife were in town for a wedding and there was no intent to give his former colleague a leg up, but the Big 12 has already announced the action it will take with this issue.
