While Billy Kennedy has yet to lead Texas A&M to the NCAA tournament since taking over in 2011, that’s a fact that many expect to change in 2015-16. Leading scorer Danuel House leads the way amongst returnees, and a highly regarded recruiting class loaded with front court prospects is expected to help matters as well.
Friday Texas A&M announced its full non-conference schedule, with an appearance in the always tough Battle 4 Atlantis tournament and a home game against Iowa State being the most noteworthy games. Iowa State, a Final Four-caliber team which will visit Reed Arena January 30 (as part of the Big 12/SEC Challenge) for the first time since the Aggies left the Big 12, are one of three Big 12 opponents on Texas A&M’s schedule.
