In college football, using a two-quarterback system is usually synonymous with words like ‘uncertainty’ or ‘hazardous’. To many fans and analysts, playing two quarterbacks is almost like saying you don’t have a quarterback at all - or, at least, a reliable one.
For the Florida Gators, a two-quarterback system may be a reality for the season, though, according to the Gators’ head coach, Jim McElwain.
Two weeks into the season and with SEC play still to come, the Gators remain without a defined starting quarterback.
