The Associated Press release its preseason AP Top 25 rankings for men's college basketball on Monday, leaving room for plenty of debate before the season tips off in less than two weeks. The North Carolina Tar Heels top the poll, while their Tobacco Road rival and defending national champion Duke drops to #5 due to a large amount of roster turnover.
