Of these 18 favorites, Oregon is the only team that did not make the NCAA Tournament this season.
Duke has started each of the last two seasons as the favorite to win the title but has come up short each time. They will be bolstered next year by the top incoming recruiting class (again) and became the first school ever to land the top three overall recruits in the country in R.J. Barrett, Cameron Reddish, and Zion Williamson (along with the top-rated point guard in Tre Jones).
