Clemson and Alabama have faced off in the National Championship three of the last four years and coming into the season, it was assumed we’d see Dabo and Nick Saban back again. Not in our rankings. Ohio State takes the top spot in the latest CFB Playoff Projections on College Football Daily as they continue to cruise through opponents like Michigan State, Cincinnati and everyone else. Will anyone be able to stop the Buckeyes?
LSU and Joe Burrow have been dominant this season, with a big road win over Texas. Now, the Tigers will face off against the #7 Florida Gators in Death Valley. Not only is it the location for ESPN’s College GameDay, but it could be the determining factor of who makes the playoffs and who is on the outside looking in. The Gators got the W over Auburn last week, 24-13, landing them the #3 spot in Chat Sports’ CFP ranking projections.
