The first USA Today coaches poll of the college football season has been released. We've got all 25 teams listed below in order, with the number of first place votes for each team listed. This is only the preseason poll, so the final poll will likely look much different.
Alabama and Clemson are at the very top, just like they were at the end of the season. Alabama has the bulk of the first place votes, at 55 of the 64. One coach picked Florida State, and strangely enough, one picked Tennessee.
The Miami Hurricanes and Wisconsin Badgers were the first two teams to miss out. However, it wasn't exactly that close, with Florida beating out the Hurricanes by 125 points.
We'll update this story with more information shortly.
